The benefits which we provide for partner employees in the Taiwan area are as follows:
Health Insurance:
This includes medical, dental, and vision benefits. Most of Taiwan¡¦s medical fees are covered by this national health insurance program.
Labor Insurance:
In case of sickness or accidents whether on job or off job, the company takes action to assist the employee to make such claims.
Retirement Fee:
For partner employees in the Taiwan area, the company provides a retirement fee saving plan up to 6% of the employee¡¦s taxable income. When the employee leaves the company for whatever reason prior to retirement, he/she can transfer this fund to his/her new post. If the employee reaches retirement age, the fund shall be available for his/her usage.
Life Insurance:
For partner employees in the Taiwan area, the company provide additional life insurance schemes for the employee on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis whether on job or off job. This insurance covers the employee anywhere in the world.
Business Traveler's Insurance:
For Employees whom need to travel overseas for business purposes, an additional Business Traveler Insurance is provided. This insurance also includes sickness or accidents abroad during the travel duration.
Stock Option:
Dependable on the profitability and timing of stock release programs, employees that attain a certain performance level required by the company will be legible for company stock option plans.
Bonus:
An employee bonus of up to 8% from cash dividends are available for total number of employees whom attain certain performance levels required by the company. Actual bonus amounts may vary accordingly to the profitability of the company and personal performance records.
